RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

We sell SPECIAL OCCASION CLOTHING, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES and because this is considered specialty clothing, are generally non-returnable. Also, if you return your purchase, we do not have a physical store to resell the specific dress you have returned. We cannot return any dress back to the manufacturer, unless it is defective.

Your dress is ordered especially for you, in the size and color you have selected. Almost every prom/bridal store has a NO refund/exchange policy for the following reasons:

* We 100% inspect your dress when it arrives from the designer. We inspect all beading, embroidery & seams. Your dress is not shipped to you unless it is perfect!

* We cannot return your dress order to the designer. Therefore, all sales must be final. Our dresses are priced lower than boutiques because of this policy & we pass these savings on to you!

BridesWeb.Com is not responsible for the size chosen; your gown may need to be altered.  WE are not responsible for weight loss or gain.  

Therefore, please read and understand our policies before you make a purchase.

Shoes and Purses: Dyed or Decorated Shoes ARE NOT Returnable.  Shoes must be returned in new condition in original packaging.  A restocking fee will be charged and shipping costs are not refundable.    REFUSAL of shipment will incur the invoice price from the manufacturer to the client which includes service and handling charges as well as shipping.  You will be billed via PayPal.

Veils:  Are made to order and  ARE NOT returnable.  

Tiaras and Headpieces and Jewelry:  A restocking fee will be charged and shipping costs are not refundable.

Restocking fees are set by the manufacturer and can range from 15-30% of the retail price of the item being returned.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Shoes & Jewelry items can be exchanged for store credit less a restocking fee. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization. You must call within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is at your expense. Returns without an RA will be refused. Thank you for your cooperation.  NINA Shoes ARE NOT Returnable Per the Manufacturer Under Any Circumstances.  

Shoes can NOT have ANY scuff marks or toe imprints (When trying on shoes please use stockings and walk on carpeting)

Bridal lingerie must be unworn and unwashed, in new condition, with all original labels and tags still attached. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Any items that we deem not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return and no credit will be given.

Please thoroughly inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies or damage, and notify us within 3-days of any problems with your order.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

ALL RETURNS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN ISSUANCE OF THE 30 DAY RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL CREDITED BY PayPal GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR STORE CREDIT.

For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.

Reshipment of refused packages or refused packages will be charged to you at the current UPS shipping rate plus related service charges per vendor policy.

NOTE:  YOU MUST BE ASSIGNED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR A RETURN.  YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING WHERE TO SHIP YOUR RETURN.  

DO NOT SHIP YOUR RETURN BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Bridal Gowns and Attire Except For Defected Merchandise

Items listed as personalized or engraved

Worn or damaged apparel

Film products

Sale or discounted items
