My name is Mila.  I live in Las Vegas , Nevada .  I can not say enough how much Nancy/Bridesweb assisted me in my wedding!  I was on a desperate search for a gown from Alex Hanson.  My bridesmaid had procrastinated in ordering her dress and by the time we got around to it the manufacturer was closed for the holidays!!!  Being that my wedding was in February - you can see why I would panic!!  I wrote to dozens of different bridal website and called dozens of stores all around the country!  I even contacted the manufacturer in Hong Kong to no avail!!  Finally, I got in touch with Nancy and she said she would help me!  You know what this means to an ailing bride.  Nancy not only got the dress for us - but she didn't charge us anything extra for all the work she had to do, including calling the designer in Hong Kong !  I would have been lost without Nancy and her willingness to help me.  She also helped me locate my veil.  I owe my perfect wedding to her!  Thank you so much.

I am sending you a picture of the lovely dress you helped me with.  I felt so pretty and got so many compliments on it.  I just can't thank you enough for all your help.  You know, it is pretty hard to buy a dress "sight unseen" over the internet, but with your help, it was made possible.  I had seen a dress similar to this one (but not as nice) at a local store and it was priced OVER $250 more than I was able to buy this one from you for.  And, you even furnished me with the name of a local seamstress for alterations who, by the way, was wonderful and quite affordable. Also, your professionalism and dependability were outstanding.  Anything you said you would do, you did and in a timely fashion, too.

I suppose our greatest fear with buying any item over the internet is opening the package and finding cheap or poorly made products.

I would just like for anyone considering working with you to know the quality of my gown was exceptional and that I highly recommend you and your company because of your affiliation with only the best gown makers. In fact, with all the "in store" shopping that I did before ordering the gown from you, I did not see a gown that would compare with mine for the workmanship, beauty and PRICE!! Especially, the price!

I am also enclosing a picture of my girls who, with your help, were absolutely the prettiest "Princesses" in the world that night!!  Again, I thank you for all the help.

Nancy: 

The wedding was far more beautiful than I could have imagined!  It was like something from a movie set.  The photographer was practically invisible, except for the pix where we had family photos.  She does a lot of celebrity weddings, so we were very lucky to have her.  The band lived up to its reputation.  All we had to do was show up and the he was the master of ceremonies.  The food was unbelievable and the service, seamless.  No glitches!  Who would have thought it?  Guess the secret is to say, we don't care if anything goes wrong, then it doesn't.
 
The room was spectacular and the flowers so lush and beautiful, and chairs with chair covers and tiny votives on petal strewn tables, what a dream !  Never would have believed that Ann-Marie could have engineered something so beautiful while she was in such a stressful job.  God is good!
 
The bridesmaids were a hit.  All the gowns fit their figures and personalities to a T.  All carried different hand-tied bouquets of the same color family, callas, peonies, roses, etc. and Ann-Marie's was composed of all of them.  Everyone raved about it, and because everyone was in a gown of their choice, they seemed to just "shine".  Nancy, it was just the most fun wedding, I've ever been to.  Seems like a contradiction in terms as it was very plush looking, but so relaxed, not stiff.  I think that comes from AM wanting everyone to have a good time and being so relaxed herself.  She set the tone.  Her dad lost it and was a crying, nervous wreck right up to the walk down the aisle.  She was as calm as she could be.
 
The music was unbelievable.  The music was just ethereal.  There were 2 pieces from the Chicago Symphony there, a violin and a cellist and they were THE BEST.  There was a slight oriental flavor to the arrangements and the music had such a calming effect on us all. 
 
Nikki will be down in July for the gown search.  Anyway, I'm sure you'll be getting an order from her bridesmaids, think there will be five of them, and from me too when she chooses her color theme. 
 
Everyone raved about my gown, although I don't usually wear anything that isn't terribly plain; it fit the occasion perfectly and it was so comfy, I wasn't dying to get out of it.
